    At martlee, we strive to provide high-quality underarm pads for sweating to meet your needs. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our Product, we have a strict Return & Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on our website [www.martlee.in

    1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Product

    1.1 Hygiene Considerations: Our underarm pads are classified as personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with your body, similar to undergarments. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these Products once they have been delivered to you, except as outlined in Section 2 below.
    1.2 No Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer need the Product after purchase.

    2. Exceptions for Returns & Refunds

    We will consider returns or refunds only under the following limited circumstances:
    2.1 Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered incorrect size, type, or quantity, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
    2.2 Damaged or Defective Product: If the Product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable due to a manufacturing fault and not due to improper handling after delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
    2.3 Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery window due to an error on our part, and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

    3. Conditions for Exceptions

    To qualify for a return or refund under the exceptions above:

    • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (or, for non-delivery, within 7 days of the expected delivery date) by contacting us at care(at)martlee.in
    • Proof: You must provide proof of the issue, such as photos of the wrong, damaged, or defective Product, along with your order number.
    • Unused Condition: The Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by you will not be eligible.
    • Return Shipping: If a return is approved, you may be required to ship the Product back to us at your expense, unless we provide a prepaid shipping label.

    4. Refund Process

    4.1 Approval: Once we receive and verify the returned Product (if applicable), we will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
    4.2 Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited within 14 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    4.3 Replacements: If a replacement is offered and accepted, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. Replacement time frame is 9 days

    Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers beyond our control.
